- Key
- 1–2 years of hands-on
- as a Case Manager Assistant, Case Manager, or Legal Assistant specifically in Personal Injury (PI). (Note: Pure Intake Specialist

Responsibilities
- Insurance Claim Management: Open claims with insurance carriers, health insurance subrogation departments, and state medical coverage providers.
- Document Procurement: Request and follow up on police reports, medical records, and billing statements.
- Client Care & Scheduling: Schedule medical appointments for clients, coordinate transportation, and provide regular case updates.
- Balance Verification: Contact medical providers to verify and reconcile outstanding balances.
- Demand Preparation: Organize and assemble complete case files for submission to demand writers.
- Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (preferably in Legal Studies, Healthcare, or related fields).
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and a minimum typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Language: Advanced to near-native English communication skills. (Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus!)
