Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the bar soap production line (mixing, milling, plodding, cutting, stamping and cutting) Ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality and timeline. Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to approved formulations and SOPs. Coordinate with maintenance to ensure proper machine operation and minimize downtime. Ensure GMP, safety and hygiene rules are strictly followed on the line. Conduct line clearance, start up and changeover activities. Identify process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Supervise, train and evaluate line operators and technicians. Ensure proper documentation (batch records, logbooks, deviation reports). Coordinate with QC for in-process checks and final product release. Control material usage and minimize waste and rework. Participate in audits, inspections and continuous improvement activities. Qualifications &
