Flexi-Personnel Quantitative Field Interviewers -Busia Jobs in Kenya
Duties and Responsibilities
Moderate and facilitate qualitative interviews with community members within the study area.
Take detailed notes and compile comprehensive qualitative interview debrief reports and field notes.
Prepare data collection progress reports and provide regular updates on field activities.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Principal Investigator.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, or another relevant field.
Fluency in both English and Swahili, with strong oral and written communication skills.
Availability to work full-time on the project for the entire study period.
Strong interpersonal communication, facilitation, and report-writing skills.
Proven experience in qualitative research methods, including conducting Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), In-Depth Interviews (IDIs), and/or Key Informant Interviews (KIIs).
Applicants residing in Busia, Malaba, or nearby areas will have an added advantage.
