- As a Assistant Wellsite Drilling Fluids Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting tests to adjust fluid properties, collaborating with the drilling team, managing fluid-related costs, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- You will be responsible for:
- Providing onsite services by measuring, testing, and supervising the running of fluid mixing and pumping, including technical analysis and specific recommendations for controlling fluid properties.
- May make sales calls on the field and field office level or accompany Sales Representative performing the same function.
- May train and direct work of entry level engineers.
- Conducts all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal, Compliance
- with in-depth knowledge of Drilling Fluids products and services
- Able to identify the proper product and service for simple to complex applications.
- Have the ability to work in a global matrix organization.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
