Responsibilities
- Register and process legislative instructions and Bills;
- Conducting legal research, reviewing legislative instruments and policy papers to support compliance and identify key regulatory implications;
- Assist in preparing draft memoranda, notices and briefs;
- Coordinate member input and stakeholder submissions;
- Maintain legislative tracker and Directorate records;
- Assist in committee and stakeholder engagements;
- Prepare minutes, reports and legislative documentation;
- Provide technical and logistical support to Directorate operations;
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Qualifications & Skills
- A Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB.) from a recognized university and a post-graduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law;
