Responsibilities
- Assisting the Farm Manager on day-to-day operations of the University Farm;
- Ensuring production targets of each farm unit is achieved;
- Supervising staff and keeping attendance records;
- Supervising students on attachment;
- Field patrols/ scouting on regular basis and making reports;
- Collecting soil samples from the fields as directed by the Farm Manager;
- Record keeping of farm inputs and outputs;
- Safeguarding farm inputs and outputs; and
- Any other relevant duty as may be assigned by the Supervisor
