Responsibilities
- Spearheading the development and enforcement of quality assurance policies, procedures and standards in development of curriculum and curriculum support materials.
- Leading the planning and execution of quality assessments of curriculum and curriculum support materials.
- Coordinating external stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement initiatives in development of curriculum and curriculum support materials.
- Advising management on strategies to enhance compliance with appropriate quality standards in curriculum and curriculum support materials.
- Providing technical guidance to departments on quality integration in development of curriculum and curriculum support materials.
- Monitoring implementation of audit recommendations and institutional performance against set benchmarks in curriculum development.
- Coordinating capacity building for staff in quality assurance and evaluation of curriculum and curriculum support materials.

Experience
- of twelve (12) years, three (3) of which must have been at the grade of Principal Quality Assurance Officer or equivalent;
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Studies, Quality Assurance, or related field from a recognized institution;
- Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Studies, Quality Assurance, or related field from a recognized institution;
- Leadership course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution;
- Membership to a relevant professional body in good standing (where applicable);
- Certificate in computer applications;
- Demonstrated high degree of professional competence, managerial capability, and integrity as reflected in work performance and results.
