Coordinate development, review and implementation of county environmental compliance and enforcement policies, procedures, guidelines and standards.
Supervise implementation of compliance requirements by businesses, institutions, developers, industries and other regulated entities.

Coordinate public complaints and reports on environmental violations, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
Maintain and oversee compliance records, databases and monitoring systems to support enforcement and evidence‑based decision‑making.
Supervise staff responsible for compliance, inspection, monitoring and enforcement
functions.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on compliance, enforcement activities, violations, inspections and corrective actions.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field from recognized institution.
At least 3 years’ professional experience in environmental planning, sustainability or policy.
Completion of Strategic Leadership Development Course (minimum six weeks) an added advantage.
