- Collecting and collating data for the development, implementation and review of corporate communication policies, strategies, regulations and procedures;
- Manning the reception desk and switchboard;
- Maintaining a good ambience in the reception area;
- Profiling visitors and issuing visitors' passes;
- Responding to visitors' queries and telephone inquiries;
- Screening and directing visitors to designated offices and areas;
- Recording and confirming visitors' appointments;
- Maintaining a daily record of visitors' details;
- Receiving correspondence delivered at the reception and dispatching it to the relevant office;
- Receiving and reporting customer complaints;
- Distributing relevant Agency brochures to customers; and
- Attending to telephone calls and logging them into the incident management system.
