- Identify and develop new business opportunities within residential, commercial, and institutional markets.
- Drive customer acquisition and market penetration initiatives.
- Maximize sales opportunities through effective territory planning and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resellers, and key stakeholders.
- Recruit, onboard, and support territory sale representative within the territory.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
- Increase sales agents productivity and maintain targeted active sales agents participation.
- Execute daily route plans and ensure optimal market coverage.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes, pricing guidelines, and documentation requirements.
- Generate quality leads and manage the sales pipeline through to closure.
- Follow approved discount and pricing policies for all sales transactions.
