- The Administrator is responsible for providing

- • Coordinate and support the day-to-day administrative
- activities of the branch in line with company procedures.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative
- records, files, correspondence, reports, and documentation.
- • Support staff attendance management, leave records,
- schedules, and other routine employee administration.
- • Prepare, organize, and file branch documents, forms,
- invoices, delivery records, and other relevant paperwork.
- • Assist the Branch Manager with preparation of
- reports, minutes, schedules, notices, and routine administrative
- correspondence.
- • Coordinate communication between the branch, head
- office, staff, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.

- to stock documentation, deliveries, expenses, and other branch activities as
