- Identify, map and recruit suitable mobile money agents, retailers and high-traffic outlets.
- Conduct regular visits to SSOs and T-Kash agents according to approved route and beat plans.
- Support agents and retailers with the necessary business and transaction tools.
- Train SSOs and T-Kash agents on operational processes and transaction procedures.
- Conduct AML training for agents and KYC-related training for SSOs in line with SIM registration requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain adequate SIM stock for new registrations and activations.
- Monitor float and stock availability to support continuous sales and transactions.
- Enforce the required stock-cover standards across assigned outlets.
- Develop and maintain appropriate merchandising standards at agent and SSO outlets.
- Ensure merchandising materials are available and properly displayed.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, agents and other sales-channel partners.
- Identify opportunities to increase SIM activations, float usage and overall channel performance.
