Experience

in Company Law and Tax Law, complemented by sound Accounting knowledge, to serve as an Accounts, Tax & Company Law Discussion Partner.

The role is primarily targeted at legal professionals whose core expertise is in Company Law and Taxation, with Accounting knowledge required as a supporting competency.

The successful candidate will provide one-on-one academic and professional discussions to candidates pursuing professional qualifications in law, taxation, and accounting. The role involves simplifying complex legal, tax, and accounting concepts through practical discussions, case studies, and real-world applications.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Lawyer with hands-on

in corporate/company law and taxation who can confidently connect these areas with financial accounting concepts.

Key

  • Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation, company law, and relevant regulatory requirements.
