Responsibilities
- include treasury management, statutory compliance, accounts payable, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, audit support, and intercompany accounting to ensure strong financial controls, timely reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Min Qualification:
- Bachelors

- Maintain accurate accounting records and post
- all financial transactions in the accounting system.

- Perform daily, weekly and monthly bank
- reconciliations and investigate reconciling items.
- 3.
- Manage accounts payable, process supplier
- invoices, reconcile supplier statements and ensure timely payments.
- 4.
- Prepare and file all statutory returns.
- 5.
- Prepare weekly treasury reports and initiate
- payments through internet banking.
- 6.
- Liaise with banks on account opening, mandates,
- online banking, confirmations and other banking correspondence.
- 7.
- Support month-end and year-end closing
- activities including audit.
- 8.
- Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions.
- 9.
- Maintain proper filing of financial records and
- supporting documentation.
- 10.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the
- supervisor.
