We are looking for a reliable and detail-driven Accounts Assistant to support our finance department. Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner.
- Enter daily financial records, vendor invoices, expense reports, and receipts into accounting software.
- Assist with monthly bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare, sort, and organize supporting financial documentation and digital files.
- Help follow up on outstanding receivables and assist in vendor payment processing.
- Assist senior accounting staff with month-end and year-end closing processes.
