- Maintain
- accurate and up-to-date books of accounts, including ledgers, journals,

- monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management

- in budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis.
- Liaise
- with external auditors during annual audits and ensure financial records
- are properly prepared and audit ready.
- Maintain
- the fixed asset register and inventory valuation records.
- Ensure
- proper filing, documentation, and safe custody of financial records in
- accordance with company policies.
- Monitor
- outstanding customer accounts and follow up on receivables.

- HR and Administration with financial aspects relating to procurement,
