Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Accounting Option) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
Be a duly registered member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and be in good standing.
Have sound knowledge and understanding of accounting principles, financial management, budgeting, taxation, and financial reporting.
Demonstrate proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Have excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate a high level of integrity, confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.
Have relevant working experience in accounting and financial management.
