Responsibilities

  • A. Accounts Receivables & Payables
  • Manage end-to-end invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
  • Perform regular reconciliations for customer and supplier accounts
  • Maintain accuracy of the accounts receivable and payable ledgers
  • Support month-end closing processes and resolve discrepancies
  • B. Partner & Third-Party Seller (3PS) Management
  • Reconcile partner and third-party transactions on a regular basis
  • Maintain accurate partner account records and payment details
  • Track receivables and ensure timely settlements
  • Support preparation of partner reports and payouts
  • C. Market & Pricing Analysis
  • Collect and analyze market pricing data from various sources
  • Monitor and analyze margins, highlighting variances and trends
  • Provide insights to support pricing and procurement decisions
  • D. Audit & Compliance
  • Ensure financial records and documentation are accurate and audit-ready
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
  • E. Pettycash Management
  • Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely resolution of discrepancies
