- Key Responsibilities.
- Approve purchase invoices daily and analyze expenses monthly.
- Maintain daily cashflow records.
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and file Withholding VAT & Tax returns weekly for three companies.
- Prepare and file VAT returns monthly.
- Update ERP with bill discounting, payments, and exchange differences.
- Maintain fixed asset schedules, open new asset accounts, and post monthly depreciation.
- Conduct monthly stock takes and reconciliations.
- Analyze expenses and recommend cost control measures for vehicles and machinery.
- Prepare monthly reports on unrealized exchange differences and post related journals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
