AGL is hiring an Operator – Logistics Planning & Documentation to coordinate logistics activities and ensure smooth movement of goods. The role is based in Nairobi and experience in transport coordination is required. Key Responsibilities Stocking Role TALO/ CFAO Chassis upload TALO/ CFAO and SAP PO creation, goods receipt and invoice processing Monthly Stock Take TALO/ CFAO stocks audit before stock take TALO/CFAO reconciliation after stock take Customs Duty payments i.e. Tax payments processing Validation of customs agent declarations Preparation of payment request i.e. entry, evidence of validation, cover sheet with breakdown of costs (Duty, excise, VAT as per Finance format) Preparation of Citi direct upload files Invoice Processing Receiving invoices i.e. port, ex-warehouse, warehouse, accessory and transport invoices including ANT invoices Verification and processing invoices for approval based on the tariff cards or LPO in case of accessories with supporting documents Preparation of ANT invoicing statistics and drafts to ensure accurate monthly invoicing for all services rendered within the month. Logistics planning and tracking Alignment of the logistics planning in line with CFAO Sales and Operations processes. Tracking inventory under intermediate movements i.e. vehicle units at accessory suppliers and demonstration units based on CFAO LPOs and instructions.
