Min Qualification: Bachelors Experience Level: Senior level Experience Length: 5 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Kenya Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with clients' business objectives and growth goals. Conduct marketing audits, market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform strategic recommendations. Lead and coordinate marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and alignment with agreed objectives. Translate business goals into actionable marketing roadmaps with clear priorities, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs. Monitor campaign and project performance, providing data-driven insights and optimization recommendations. Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards, tracking key marketing and sales metrics. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure brand consistency across campaigns, content, and communications. Identify project risks, implementation gaps, and process improvement opportunities, recommending appropriate corrective actions. Ensure marketing activities comply with brand guidelines, advertising standards, and data protection regulations. Leverage digital marketing, analytics, and AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness, reporting, and productivity. Required Specification Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. CIM Level 6 qualification is mandatory. Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, with proven expertise in marketing strategy development and planning. Demonstrated experience conducting marketing audits and developing comprehensive marketing strategies. At least 5 years' experience in digital marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis. Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies. Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple client projects, priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong people and relationship management skills, with experience engaging clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Workspace, marketing analytics and reporting tools, Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) for research, strategy development, reporting, and productivity. Strong understanding of website performance, the Google digital ecosystem, and digital marketing platforms (organic and paid).
