Zetech University is hiring a Post Graduate Program Coordinator – Information Communication Technology (ICT) to coordinate postgraduate academic programmes. At least three years working experience in a similar role at a Private University. Job Objective The Postgraduate Coordinator is responsible for coordinating postgraduate academic programmes and supporting postgraduate students throughout their studies. The role ensures effective programme administration, adherence to University policies, and the maintenance of high academic and research standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the admission, registration, orientation, and progression of postgraduate students. Advise and support postgraduate students on academic matters, programme requirements, and institutional regulations. Coordinate the allocation and approval of supervisors and monitor the progress of postgraduate research. Ensure postgraduate research proposals, theses, and dissertations comply with institutional guidelines and quality standards. Coordinate proposal defenses, progress seminars, oral examinations (viva voce), and thesis examinations. Liaise with internal and external examiners to facilitate timely examination of postgraduate research. Monitor student progress and ensure timely submission of progress reports, dissertations, and theses. Coordinate curriculum review and implementation for postgraduate programmes in collaboration with academic staff. Prepare reports on postgraduate enrolment, progression, completion, and graduation. Present postgraduate matters to departmental, faculty, and university committees as required. Maintain accurate records of postgraduate students, research activities, examinations, and graduations. Liaise with the School of Graduate Studies, departments, supervisors, and external stakeholders on postgraduate matters. Ensure compliance with institutional policies, quality assurance requirements, and postgraduate regulations. Promote research excellence and support initiatives that enhance postgraduate teaching, supervision, and research. Qualification and experience A Bachelors & Masters degree in Information Technology or a related area from an accredited university. At least three years working experience in a similar role at a Private University. Demonstrate potential for leadership.
