Min Qualification: Highschool Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Kenya Job descriptions & requirements JOB TITLE MOTORBIKE DELIVERY RIDER NATURE OF JOB FULL TIME SALARY KSHS.25,000-30,000 JOB LOCATION NAIROBI, CBD DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Delivery Operations Collect, transport, and deliver products safely and on time to designated customer locations. Verify delivery orders and ensure the correct items are dispatched and delivered. Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery where required. Plan efficient delivery routes to minimize delays and optimize fuel usage. Handle products with care to prevent damage during transportation. Motorcycle Care & Maintenance Conduct daily inspections of the assigned motorcycle before and after use. Ensure the motorcycle is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained. Report mechanical faults, accidents, or maintenance needs promptly. Monitor fuel levels and maintain service schedules. Compliance & Safety Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies. Ride responsibly to ensure personal safety and the safety of other road users. Keep all required licenses, insurance, and motorcycle documentation valid and available. Customer Service Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers. Resolve minor delivery issues professionally and escalate complex concerns when necessary. Represent the company positively during all customer interactions. Record Keeping Maintain accurate delivery logs and route records. Report completed deliveries, failed deliveries, delays, or incidents promptly. Ensure accountability for products and company property during deliveries. KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION Minimum of 3 years; experience as a Motorbike Delivery Rider. Valid motorcycle riding license with a clean driving/riding record. Certificate in defensive riding is an added advantage. Minimum of a KCSE certificate is preferred. Excellent knowledge of Nairobi CBD and surrounding routes. Strong navigation and route planning skills. High level of responsibility, honesty, and integrity. Punctual and dependable with good time management skills. Good customer service and communication skills. Ability to care for and maintain the assigned motorcycle.
