Looking for an HR job in Kenya? NLAS is hiring a Human Resource Management Officer I skilled in HR administration, performance management, staff training, and personnel records management. REFERENCE NO. NLAS/HRMOl /7/1/2026/25 Qualifications For appointments to this grade, a candidate must have; A minimum of three (3) years in the grade of Human Resource Management Officer II or in a comparable and relevant position; Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; Proficiency in computer applications; and Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results. Duties and Responsibilities Processing human resource matters such as appointments, promotions and leave applications within existing rules, regulations and procedures; Capturing and updating payroll and complement data; Processing of salaries, allowances, benefits and final dues; Verifying the payroll; Keeping records of staff training and development programs for NLAS; Implementing human resource management policies, laws, regulations, procedures, systems and decisions and systems; Drafting and verification of routine correspondence; Processing employee recruitment, promotion and exit document; Updating human resource database; and Preparing periodic progress reports.
