Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to approved menus. Ensure food quality and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Monitor food stock levels and report shortages. Receive and store food supplies appropriately. Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures. Operate kitchen equipment safely. Minimize food wastage through proper portion control. Maintain daily food production records. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Support menu planning and meal preparation schedules. Assist during special events and catering activities. Maintain kitchen inventory and utensils. Follow occupational health and safety procedures.
