The role involves developing strategies and leading initiatives to grow sales productivity, headcount, training, recruitment, and team culture. Key Responsibilities: Achieve the Unit’s new business sales budget in terms of number of policies and annualized premium. Meet Unit’s business retention and persistency ratios. Source, recruit, and train a team of Financial Advisors to meet resource complement requirements. Ensure Financial Advisors meet set targets in new business production and persistency ratios. Develop relationships with key stakeholders to access markets and deliver sales presentations in corporate entities, check‑off institutions, or field campaigns. Supervise, motivate, and assist Financial Advisors to achieve KPIs by setting targets and evaluating performance regularly. Promote Jubilee Life Insurance products and services to new and existing clients, positioning the brand in the region. Minimum Requirements: Minimum age of 25 years. Degree or Diploma with at least Grade C‑ (Minus) in KCSE. Professional qualification – Diploma or Certificate in Insurance Certification (COP). Current registration with IRA. Minimum one (1) year experience: in Sales Management or two (2) years as a successful Sales Agent. Certification in Sales Management and IT skills will be an added advantage.
