Proficiency in sales leadership, team management, and financial services is required. Key Responsibities Achieve a minimum monthly regional disbursement target of KES 10 million. Recruit, onboard and nurture Sales Team Leaders, Sales Agents across the region. Build a strong talent pipeline through continuous recruitment and succession planning. Set clear performance targets and hold team members accountable. Drive employer acquisition and market expansion. Monitor productivity, conversions, portfolio quality and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with Credit, HR, Marketing and Operations to deliver regional objectives. Foster a culture of integrity, accountability and customer service. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field. Additional professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, MBA, or equivalent) are an advantage Minimum 5 years’ sales leadership experience in microfinance or financial services. Proven track record in recruiting, developing and leading high-performing sales teams. Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation and relationship management skills.
