Min Qualification: Bachelors Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Kenya Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities · Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and financial statements . · Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and variance analysis. · Monitor financial performance and provide management with actionable insights. · Support internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations. · Monitor and control hospital expenses against approved budgets. · Support break-even and profitability analysis. · Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules. · Review and strengthen internal financial controls. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related field. · CPA (K) · Minimum 3–5 years’ experience , preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment. · Experience with hospital billing systems and insurance processes is an added advantage.
