The role is based in Kiambu and digital marketing is required. Description This fast-paced role entails sales- and marketing-focused systems engineering with a focus on the company’s CRM ( Salesforce ) and business/process automation for the largest real estate development in East Africa. Key Responsibilities CRM & Business Automation Lead the development and implementation strategy for the Rendeavour CRM. Integrate marketing campaigns into the CRM. Analyze buyer behavior from Rendeavour digital platforms. Implement new CRM software relevant to Rendeavour’s business. Maintain CRM databases. Overall lead improvement of business efficiency through software engineering. Digital Marketing Plan and execute all Web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns with clear, measurable objectives. Send a digital marketing report comprising an analysis of the activities and spending by Friday morning. Update the website with news, events, images and other relevant content weekly. Planned, executed, and measured experiments and conversion tests on all Tatu City digital platforms. Identify digital trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Use Mailchimp and CRM software to distribute the newsletters monthly. Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website and reduce bounce rate. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. Qualifications Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Administrator certifications.
