We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer with strong media buying skills to enhance our brand visibility and drive quality leads through innovative digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Manage and grow the company’s online presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter). Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to ensure strong ROI. Handle media buying — including budget allocation, audience targeting, bid optimization, and performance tracking. Create and edit engaging video and visual content (short videos, reels, and promotional clips) using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar. Design captivating graphics and marketing materials (posters, banners, thumbnails, and digital ads) using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to ensure all marketing content aligns with the company’s goals and brand identity. Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, video content techniques, and real estate marketing strategies. Education and Experience Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing and media buying. Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media management tools. Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and similar platforms. Excellent creative, communication, and analytical skills. Hands-on experience in video editing and graphic design.
