KENYA REGION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sales and Business Development Achieve assigned sales targets through effective selling and customer engagement. Promote company products, introduce new products and promotions, and identify upselling opportunities. Identify, recruit, and develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to support business growth. Order Management and Product Delivery Visit customers according to the assigned route plan to take orders and ensure timely, accurate deliveries. Verify deliveries against invoices or delivery notes, obtain proof of delivery, and process product returns in line with company procedures. Ensure products are handled and transported safely to minimize damage. Merchandising and Customer Service Ensure products are well displayed and merchandised at customer outlets in line with company standards. Maintain high levels of customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and building lasting customer relationships. Stock, Collections, and Asset Management Account for stock issued, safeguard company products, and report any stock variances. Collect customer payments in accordance with company policies and reconcile daily sales, deliveries, and collections. Maintain the assigned motorcycle in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition and report any maintenance issues promptly. Route Planning and Reporting Follow approved sales and delivery routes to maximize productivity and customer coverage. Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales, deliveries, collections, and submit required daily and periodic reports. Compliance Adhere to company policies, health and safety requirements, and all traffic regulations. Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information and conduct duties with integrity and professionalism. KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years experience as a motorcycle sales representative in the FMCG industry. Valid Driving License Class C. Valid Motorcycle Riding License Class A. Clean driving record. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with strong relationship management abilities. Good knowledge of FMCG distribution and retail channels. Ability to achieve sales targets under minimal supervision.
