Spiro is hiring an Assistant Manager, Process Quality, skilled in quality assurance standards, operational process optimization, compliance monitoring, and root-cause analysis. Spiro Energy is seeking an Assistant Manager – Process Quality to lead incoming quality assurance for EV and battery manufacturing. Reporting to the HOD-QA, this role ensures compliance with ISO standards, drives continual improvement, and champions quality across production processes.
