Min Qualification: Bachelors Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Kenya Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities • Design and implement AI-assisted workflows using no-code/low-code automation platforms. • Build automations for lead generation, CRM management, outreach, reporting, scheduling, and business operations. • Create reusable AI prompts for emails, research, reports, and documentation. • Map business processes and recommend workflow improvements. • Integrate business applications using tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, Power Automate, and HubSpot. • Test, troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain automation workflows. • Organize and validate business data to ensure workflow accuracy. • Prepare SOPs, workflow documentation, user guides, and training materials. • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices. • Produce reports and recommend continuous process improvements. Requirements Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BBIT, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, AI, ICT, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in workflow automation, AI tools, business systems, CRM administration, operations, or related roles. • Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, Airtable Automations, HubSpot Workflows, or similar tools. • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot. • Strong understanding of workflow automation concepts, data management, documentation, and process improvement. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with one or more of the following is an added advantage: • APIs, webhooks, JSON, Git/GitHub • Python, JavaScript, SQL, React, Node.js • CRM systems, dashboards, and reporting tools • Business productivity platforms such as Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace • Automation or AI-related certifications Equipment Requirements • Personal laptop/desktop • Reliable high-speed internet • Professional headset for remote work Application Requirement: Candidates must submit a portfolio demonstrating previous automation or AI workflow projects.
