Min Qualification: Diploma Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Kenya Job descriptions & requirements JOB TITLE FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE NATURE OF JOB FULL TIME INDUSTRY FMCG SALARY KSHS.25,000 PLUS COMMISSIONS JOB LOCATION KARIOBANGI DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Business Development · Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territories. · Promote and sell company products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. · Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients. · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Trade Channel Management · Manage relationships with modern trade outlets (supermarkets, chain stores). · Expand distribution in general trade (small shops, kiosks, open markets). · Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising. · Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence. Customer Relationship Management · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and trade partners. · Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints. · Conduct regular visits to outlets to strengthen client engagement. · Train and support retailers on product knowledge and promotions. Reporting & Analysis · Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. · Track sales performance against targets and budgets. · Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs. · Recommend strategies to improve sales and profitability.
