This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, editing, and publishing engaging content across multiple social media platforms while helping grow our online presence and brand awareness. Social Media Management Manage the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn (where applicable). Develop and implement a monthly content calendar. Schedule and publish content consistently across all platforms. Monitor audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. Track social media performance and prepare basic monthly reports with insights and recommendations. 2. Long-Form Video Content Edit and publish 3–5 YouTube videos per week , each approximately 7–8 minutes long. Optimize videos with engaging titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and relevant keywords. Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and communication style. 3. Short-Form Video Content Edit 7–14 short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) per week. Publish 1–2 reels daily across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form videos. Stay up to date with social media trends, audio, and editing styles to maximize engagement. 4. Graphic Design Design engaging graphics and still images for social media platforms. Create promotional banners, posters, infographics, and marketing materials. Design visual content for the company website and digital campaigns. Maintain consistent branding across all visual assets. 5. Content Planning & Brand Growth Brainstorm creative campaign ideas and content concepts. Research industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with internal teams to produce relevant and engaging content. Support marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives. Qualifications Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field. Entry-level experience (0–2 years) in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing. A portfolio of social media content, graphics, or video editing work is an added advantage. Skills & Competencies Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator. Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting. Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
