Min Qualification: Certificate Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English, Swahili Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nairobi, Kenya Job descriptions & requirements Salary: KES 25,000 - 35,000/- Key Responsibilities : • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverage products. • Maintain consistency in beverage preparation and presentation. • Deliver excellent customer service. • Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the coffee station and equipment. • Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs. • Process customer orders and payments accurately. Qualifications : • Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Food & Beverage Service or equivalent. • Formal training in Barista skills & Food & Beverage Service is an added advantage. • At least 2 years' experience in a busy café, coffee shop or hospitality establishment. Desired Skills & Attributes : • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods and espresso-based beverages. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail. • Professional appearance and positive attitude. • Strong communication skills and ability to engage guests confidently. • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. • A genuine passion for coffee & hospitality service & exceptional guest experiences.
