Kilimall is hiring an Account Manager – Appliances to manage seller and client relationships and support business growth on the platform. The role is based in Nairobi and knowledge in e-commerce is required. Key Responsibilities Provide onboarding training for new brands or new sellers before their store goes live. Support specific brands or sellers’ daily operational. Communicate business goals with specific brands and sellers, discussing joint marketing plans, and driving them to achieve performance targets. Timely follow-up on inventory preparation and order fulfillment status of specific brands and sellers to improve fulfillment efficiency. Conduct regular data analysis and market research, and provide operational reports and recommendations to specific brands and sellers. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor degree in any related course. Rich product knowledge and familiar with e-commerce industry information. Takes initiative, has a strong sense of responsibility and can go the extra mile. Ability to work under pressure. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
