This is not a coordinator role. You’ll own the complete marketing engine—from generating demand and building brand awareness to optimizing conversion funnels and driving measurable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives. Own the full marketing funnel, from awareness through customer acquisition and retention. Partner closely with leadership and sales to drive pipeline and revenue growth. Build, mentor, and manage internal marketing resources and external contractors. Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value. Multi-Channel Campaign Management Lead and optimize campaigns across: Google Ads LinkedIn Ads Meta Ads SEO Email Marketing Outbound Campaigns Partnerships & Collaborations You will: Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI. Oversee messaging, positioning, and creative direction. Ensure consistent branding across every customer touchpoint. Continuously optimize campaign performance. Demand Generation & Growth Launch campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline. Build scalable lead-generation systems. Improve landing pages and conversion funnels. Execute A/B testing across ads, emails, landing pages, and messaging. Collaborate with content, design, sales, and technical teams to execute growth initiatives. Continuously test new acquisition channels and marketing strategies. Analytics & Performance Reporting Track and optimize key marketing metrics, including: Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Marketing ROI Website Traffic Conversion Rates Lead-to-Opportunity Conversion You will: Build dashboards and executive reports. Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership. Make data-driven decisions that improve marketing performance.
