Team capacity building: establish a talent development system, set up performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms, and optimize the building of a talent pipeline. Maintain employee relationships, address employee concerns, and promote the local implementation of the company’s culture. Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure that human resources operations comply with regulations, and develop human resources policies, including systems for compensation and benefits, attendance, and leave.
