Judicial Service Commission (JSC) is hiring a Member, Capital Markets Tribunal (Non-Advocate) to provide financial expertise, review capital markets disputes, analyze investment-related matters, and support fair and effective tribunal decisions. A Bachelor’s degree is required, relevant finance experience is required, and knowledge of capital markets is required. Qualifications: Pursuant to Section 35A (1)(c) & (d) of the Capital Markets Act (Cap. 485A), an applicant to be appointed as Member, Capital Markets Tribunal must possess the following qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in commerce (Accounting/Finance option), Business Administration Accounting/Finance option), Economics, or any other recognized equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; Have at least seven (7) years of relevant experience. Has demonstrated competence in the field of security. Qualification and experience in alternative dispute resolution will be an added advantage; Have a high moral character, integrity, and impartiality (meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on Leadership and Integrity).
