Min Qualification: Diploma Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Kenya Job descriptions & requirements JOB TITLE COPYWRITER NATURE OF JOB FULL TIME SALARY KSHS.30,000 NET JOB LOCATION NAIROBI CBD DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop creative and persuasive copy for marketing campaigns, advertisements, brochures, flyers, newsletters, and other promotional materials. Write engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring content aligns with the brands voice and marketing objectives. Create website content, landing pages, blog articles, product descriptions, and email marketing copy. Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and design teams to develop integrated campaigns and communication materials. Adapt writing style, tone, and messaging to suit different target audiences and communication channels. Conduct research on industry trends, products, competitors, and customer needs to produce relevant and accurate content. Proofread, edit, and revise content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Develop compelling campaign concepts, slogans, headlines, and calls-to-action that drive customer engagement and conversions. Optimize digital content using SEO best practices to improve online visibility and search rankings. Monitor content performance using engagement metrics such as impressions, reach, clicks, shares, comments, conversions, and website traffic, and recommend improvements. Support employer branding initiatives by creating content for recruitment campaigns and internal communications. Assist in developing scripts for videos, radio advertisements, presentations, and other multimedia content where required. Ensure all content complies with legal, regulatory, and company communication standards. Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all assigned projects. Continuously generate fresh content ideas that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION Degree or Diploma in Public Relations, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or in a similar role. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to adapt writing style and tone for different audiences and platforms. Strong research and storytelling skills. Familiarity with digital marketing and social media content creation. Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization is an added advantage. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
