Monitor machine performance and ensure consistent production output. Set up, adjust, and calibrate machines to meet production requirements. Load raw materials and ensure proper machine feeding during production. Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and machine performance. Quality Control Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required quality standards. Identify defects, inconsistencies, or production issues and take corrective action where necessary. Follow quality control procedures and maintain product specifications. Report any quality concerns to the supervisor or relevant department. Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform routine checks and basic preventive maintenance on production equipment. Identify and report machine faults, breakdowns, and unusual operating conditions. Assist maintenance teams during repairs and servicing activities. Ensure machines are kept clean and operate in optimal condition. Safety & Compliance Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times. Operate machinery safely and use required personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean and organized work area. Comply with company policies, production standards, and operational procedures. Team Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with production teams to achieve daily manufacturing targets. Communicate machine performance issues and production updates to supervisors. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field from NYS or a reputable institution 1–2 years’ experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment Experience working in a tissue manufacturing company will be an added advantage Basic knowledge of machine operations, production processes, and equipment handling Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality HOW TO APPLY If you meet the above qualifications, skills and experience share CV on recruitment@britesmanagement.com Interviews will be carried out on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
