The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, conducting property presentations and site visits Min Qualification: Bachelors Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nairobi, Kenya Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and direct outreach. Promote and sell the company’s real estate properties to prospective clients. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings. Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Negotiate sales agreements and close property deals effectively. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management. Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and property marketing events. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors. Provide professional advice on property options, pricing, and market trends. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Maintain an updated customer database and follow-up records. Handle customer concerns and escalate issues where necessary. Market Intelligence & Research Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing. Identify emerging business opportunities and customer needs. Provide market feedback and recommendations to management. Support the development of sales and marketing strategies. Documentation & Compliance Ensure proper preparation and completion of sales documentation. Coordinate with legal and finance teams to facilitate smooth transactions. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions. Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in: Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing or a related field Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in real estate. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the real estate market and sales processes. Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
