The role requires knowledge of paint properties, tinting systems, and a strong commitment to quality control. Key Responsibilities Operate paint production equipment safely and efficiently. Accurately weigh and measure paint components per production sheet. Utilize tinting machines to dispense precise color formulations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations. Conduct quality control checks to ensure color and consistency specifications. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Assist with packaging, labeling, and loading of finished products. Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor. Qualifications & Experience Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Paint Technology, or related field (preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in paint production or tinting environment. Strong understanding of paint properties, color theory, and tinting systems. Knowledge of operating paint production and tinting equipment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control. Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit to perform duties including lifting and carrying materials. Any other duty as assigned by the Production Manager.
