Job Description The successful candidate will be reporting to the Human Resource Officer and any other designated officer by the Principal. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment and deployment of staff. Assist in handling of staff welfare matters. Assist in data entry in the department. Assist in preparation of the Payroll. Assist in administering staff performance appraisals Assist in any other departmental duties. Qualifications For appointment to this position, an officer must have the following qualifications: Diploma in Human Resource with accounting knowledge as an added advantage. Shown merit, integrity and ability as reflected in work performance and results Prior experience in an institution of higher learning or technical Training institution will be an added advantage.
