The ideal candidate should have hands-on HR experience, excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR documents. Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and work schedules. Support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate employee information. Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labour laws. Coordinate staff training, performance reviews, and employee welfare activities. Handle employee inquiries and support conflict resolution processes. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation. Perform general administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR role; experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage. Membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) is an added advantage. Good understanding of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be aged between 25 and 45 years. Must be willing to work in Laikipia.
