ICEA Lion Group Senior Associate, Portfolio Administrator Jobs in Kenya ICEA Lion Group Senior Associate, Portfolio Administrator Jobs in Kenya Roles & Responsibilities Oversee team’s day‑to‑day operations, track progress, and report results to management. Ensure scheme compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management, and internal audit. Execute and file service level agreements and deed of adherence with employers and regulator. Ensure compliance with Trust Deed & Rules, RBA, KRA (Income Tax), CMA, UFAA, and ARBS standards. Coordinate with clients and scheme service providers (Trustees, fund managers, actuaries, auditors). Maintain accurate and complete member records. Validate and process sponsor contributions. Dispatch member statements promptly per SLA. Compute members’ withdrawal benefits correctly and on time. Track employers with outstanding contributions monthly. Submit accurate quarterly reports to RBA. Calculate transfer and surrender values for scheme winding up. Liaise with auditors and service providers for smooth audits. Attend Management Committee meetings on administration issues. Review and recommend system/process enhancements. Address client and intermediary enquiries promptly. Assist in preparation of monthly management reports. Execute other duties as assigned. Academic & Professional Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline. Professional qualification in Finance (CPA(K), ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage. Experience Minimum 6 years’ experience in retirement benefits/schemes administration.
