Min Qualification: Bachelors Experience Level: Internship & Graduate Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Internship & Graduate - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nairobi, Kenya Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities: Assist with bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records. Record daily financial transactions and update accounting records. Prepare, organize, and file payment documents, invoices, and receipts. Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management. Support the preparation and management of cheque books. Maintain proper financial and administrative records. Assist with other accounting and office duties as assigned. Requirements: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles. Familiarity with cheque books, payment vouchers, invoices, and receipts. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
