If you have an eye for compelling visuals and enjoy bringing brands to life through ph Min Qualification: Certificate Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Kenya Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities · Capture high-quality photographs and videos of the company’s products, manufacturing processes, construction sites, and completed building projects. · Create engaging visual content for the company’s social media platforms, website, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional materials. · Plan and execute photo and video shoots at factories, client project sites, exhibitions, and other company events. · Edit photographs and videos into professional marketing content suitable for different digital platforms. · Organize, catalogue, and maintain a digital library of images and video assets. · Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop creative campaigns that showcase the company’s products and projects. · Ensure consistent brand identity across all visual content. · Operate and maintain all photography and videography accessories and equipment. Qualifications & Experience · A Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Photography, Videography, Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent practical experience through a strong portfolio of work. · Proven experience in commercial photography and videography. · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent editing software. · Experience operating professional cameras, gimbals, lighting equipment, and drones is an added advantage. · A strong portfolio demonstrating photography and video production skills. Skills & Personal Attributes We are looking for someone who: · Has exceptional attention to detail. · Is highly creative with a strong visual storytelling ability. · Is flexible and willing to work outside normal office hours whenever projects require. · Is available to travel to project sites across the country from time to time. · Can work independently while meeting deadlines. · Possesses excellent planning and organizational skills. · Has strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Is physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor and construction site environments. · Maintains professionalism and represents the company positively during client and site engagements.
