Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers, providing excellent customer service. Promote and sell products to achieve sales targets. Process customer transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system. Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are well stocked. Handle cash and reconcile daily sales. Assist with stock management, inventory counts, and general shop operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store. Work flexible shifts, including both day and night shifts. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector. Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems is required. Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Honest, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
